DESCRIPTION:<br>Offered for your consideration is this beautiful Antique British Solid Sterling Silver Sauce Boat or Gravy Pitcher. This lovely pitcher measures 7" in length and stands approx 4" in height to the the handle.  It stands on three gorgeous shell and lion paw feet as pictured and is beautifully decorated on the body with raised wave type scrolls. There is an Acanthus leaf adorning the handle and a gadrooned rope edge all around the top.<br>It is hallmarked for Birmingham, England with the Lion Passant , and date letter n for 1887, with makers mark T.H for Thomas Hayes. There is a monogram on one side and it was later dated 1930 on the other side.
